The Service provides automated, algorithmic forecasts, probabilities, and advisory outputs regarding short-duration Bitcoin market events. All output is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, contract, or other financial instrument.
Forecasts are probabilistic and frequently wrong. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. The Operator makes no representation or warranty that use of the Service will be profitable or will avoid losses. You may lose money.
Trading and betting on financial or event markets is speculative and carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire stake. You accept full and sole responsibility for all decisions you make and all trades or bets you place, and you assume all associated risks.
The Service is advisory only. It does not execute, place, broker, or transmit any order or trade on your behalf, does not connect to your trading accounts, and does not handle your funds. Any action you take on Kalshi or any other platform is taken solely by you, at your own discretion.
Use of the Service does not create any broker-client, advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and the Operator. The Operator is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial adviser.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that your access to and use of the Service, and any trading you conduct, is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.
Access is granted via a personal access code. You agree not to share, resell, or transfer your code. The Operator may suspend or revoke any code at any time, including for suspected sharing, without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. Data feeds, calculations, and outputs may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any trading or betting losses, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses from errors, inaccuracies, downtime, interruptions, or reliance on any output. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
The Operator may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
By checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, that you are using the Service voluntarily, and that you accept all risk of loss.
