All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Chronos-9 LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
One-time digital access
Chronos-9 LLC sells one-time, non-renewing access to a digital analytics Service. A purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. The access length and price are displayed before payment. Unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase, a timed access period begins on the first successful login using the delivered access code.
The lifetime tier is a direct, one-time checkout purchase with a base price of $1,749.99, plus any tax required by law, and is limited to the final 18 additional purchase slots while supplies remain. It includes ETH, BTC Hourly, and Gold Autotraders at no additional cost when released as separately delivered standalone software, which may require separate setup and terms. “Lifetime” means access for the operational life of the applicable Service—not the purchaser’s natural lifetime—and does not guarantee that the Service or any particular feature will operate forever.
Purchases that are not refundable
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for:
- changing your mind, buying the wrong duration, failing to use access, or deciding the Service is not right for you;
- trading or prediction-market losses, missed opportunities, market outcomes, or dissatisfaction with a model, probability, alert, forecast, accuracy level, or result;
- temporary maintenance, interruptions, latency, data-feed problems, third-party outages, market closures, settlement changes, or unavailable features;
- problems caused by your internet connection, device, browser, email filtering, failure to keep your code private, failure to follow setup instructions, or failure to turn off a VPN, proxy, Tor connection, iCloud Private Relay, or similar service as disclosed before purchase; or
- suspension or revocation resulting from code sharing, resale, automated extraction, fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unlawful conduct, or another violation of the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Delivery or billing problems
If you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, did not receive a purchased code, received a code that does not work, see a charge you do not recognize, or believe applicable law entitles you to a refund, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Include the checkout email, purchase date, access duration, and a description of the problem. Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or access code by email.
We will investigate. We may first restore delivery, replace a defective code, correct access, or correct a duplicate charge as appropriate. Sending a request does not itself guarantee a refund, credit, or extension. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the purchaser and transaction.
Unauthorized charges
If you believe a payment method was used without permission, contact your payment provider and email us promptly. We may suspend associated access while the transaction is reviewed. This policy does not restrict any non-waivable rights you have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
Disputes and chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate a delivery or billing problem. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, related access may be suspended or revoked. We may provide the payment processor or card issuer with relevant transaction, delivery, login, acceptance, and fraud-prevention records when responding to a dispute. Knowingly making a false or abusive payment dispute may violate the Terms of Service.
If a refund is required or approved
Any refund that is required by law or expressly approved by Chronos-9 LLC will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by the payment processor and financial institution. Refunded or reversed access may be disabled, and used time is not restored unless we expressly say otherwise.
No promise about financial outcomes
A purchase provides access to informational analytics, not a guaranteed financial outcome. The Service provides no financial advice, places no trades, holds no funds or exchange credentials, and guarantees no win rate, accuracy, profit, or result. Review the Trading Risk Disclosure.
