Prediction markets, event contracts, cryptocurrencies, and related products involve substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you commit. Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Generalized analytics—not personal advice
Chronos-9 provides standardized or generalized informational analytics about BTC, ETH, SOL, and prediction or event-contract markets, including estimated probabilities, historical statistics, market-data summaries, and model outputs. The same general Service is made available without considering your finances, objectives, experience, tax situation, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice or a recommendation, solicitation, individualized signal, or offer to enter any transaction. You should evaluate information independently and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
High-risk markets and possible total loss
Prediction and event contracts can be binary, short-dated, illiquid, and highly sensitive to new information, market rules, reference sources, and settlement decisions. Prices can change quickly. A position may become difficult or impossible to exit at an expected price. Fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity, interruptions, and taxes can materially change an outcome. Cryptocurrency markets can be volatile at all hours and may differ across venues.
You can be wrong even when a displayed probability appears confident. You can lose the entire amount committed to a contract or position. Depending on the separate product or platform you choose, losses or obligations may be different or greater; you are responsible for understanding that product before acting.
No guaranteed performance
Chronos-9 does not guarantee accuracy, a win rate, profit, loss avoidance, market access, opportunity, or any other result. Probabilities are estimates, not facts. Markets can move before you act, and an output can become stale immediately.
Actual, hypothetical, and simulated results differ
Historical, backtested, hypothetical, simulated, paper, or model performance has important limitations. It may use information, assumptions, fills, prices, liquidity, rules, or market conditions that differ from real trading. It does not fully reproduce delay, slippage, fees, execution difficulty, human decisions, changing liquidity, outages, or the pressure of risking actual money. Models can be fitted to past conditions that do not repeat.
Actual performance means results from transactions that were truly entered and settled. Paper forecasts, simulated positions, backtests, calibration records, and hypothetical profit-and-loss figures are not actual customer trading results. Past actual performance also does not guarantee future results.
Data, model, and technology limitations
The Service may combine exchange data, order books, trades, reference prices, blockchain data, news, third-party APIs, and internal calculations. Any source or transformation may be delayed, stale, missing, duplicated, corrected, differently defined, or wrong. Clocks may disagree. Markets may use a different settlement source or rule than a displayed price. Software, networks, databases, devices, and communications can fail.
Models simplify reality and may miss important events, regime changes, manipulation, unusual liquidity, rule changes, forks, disruptions, or relationships not present in training or historical data. Multiple models can share the same hidden weakness. A confidence score does not eliminate uncertainty.
Outages and third-party decisions
Chronos-9 does not control Kalshi, Stripe, any exchange, blockchain, data source, internet provider, or infrastructure service. Third parties may delay or stop data, reject or cancel transactions, halt a market, change rules, make settlement decisions, restrict an account, experience an outage, or discontinue a service. Chronos-9 may also be interrupted for maintenance, security, capacity, software, or provider reasons. Never rely on the Service as your only source of time-sensitive or settlement information.
No orders, custody, funds, or exchange keys
The hosted Chronos-9 Service does not execute, route, place, broker, or transmit orders; connect to your trading account; hold exchange credentials; take custody of funds or assets; or manage a portfolio. Any transaction is entered independently by you through a separate third-party platform. You are responsible for verifying market terms, prices, settlement rules, order details, and risk directly with that platform.
Independent service; no endorsement
Chronos-9 and the Service are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi, Stripe, any exchange, or any data or infrastructure provider. Payment processing, technical integration, factual reference, data access, or display of a third-party name or mark does not imply endorsement or partnership. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Adults, eligibility, and local rules
The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 and the age of legal majority where they live. Availability of the Service does not mean that prediction markets, event contracts, cryptocurrency transactions, or any third-party platform are lawful or available to you. You alone are responsible for confirming your eligibility, geographic restrictions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law and third-party rules.
Your responsibility
Before acting, independently review the market’s current contract terms, settlement source, rules, liquidity, fees, and official information. Consider the possibility that the Chronos-9 output is wrong or unavailable. Use position sizes and risk controls appropriate for you. Your decisions, orders, and losses are solely your responsibility.
