1. Agreement and operator information
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Chronos-9 LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Chronos-9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your purchase of, access to, and use of the Chronos-9 website, checkout, access codes, analytics dashboards, data displays, forecasts, alerts, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing access, checking an agreement box, entering an access code, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Trading Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service provides standardized or generalized informational analytics concerning BTC, ETH, SOL, and prediction or event-contract markets, including markets offered by Kalshi. Features may include estimated probabilities, model outputs, market-data summaries, historical analysis, and alerts across 15-minute, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly horizons. Available assets, markets, sources, and features may change.
The Service is an informational and educational analytics tool. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice; it is not a recommendation, solicitation, individualized signal, or offer to buy or sell anything.
3. No trading, custody, or individualized relationship
The Service does not execute, route, broker, place, or transmit orders; connect to your exchange or brokerage account; hold exchange credentials; take custody of money or assets; or manage a portfolio. Its generalized outputs are not tailored to your finances, objectives, experience, tax situation, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances. You make every decision and place every order independently. Use of the Service does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or other individualized professional relationship.
4. Risk and no guarantee
Prediction markets, event contracts, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and short-duration markets are speculative and can be extremely volatile. You can lose some or all of the money you commit. Models, probabilities, alerts, backtests, simulations, and historical results can be wrong and may fail under changing market conditions. Past, backtested, hypothetical, simulated, or paper performance does not guarantee or necessarily predict actual future performance. Review the full Trading Risk Disclosure before using any output.
We do not promise any win rate, accuracy, profit, opportunity, availability, or result. You alone decide whether, when, and how to act and accept full responsibility for your decisions, compliance, taxes, fees, and losses.
5. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old and the age of legal majority where you live. At checkout, you must truthfully confirm that you meet both requirements and may lawfully purchase and use the Service. You may use the Service only if doing so is lawful in your location and you are legally eligible to access any third-party market on which you independently act. Chronos-9 does not determine your eligibility for Kalshi, an exchange, or any other platform. You are responsible for understanding and following all laws, platform rules, geographic restrictions, and tax obligations that apply to you.
You must turn off every VPN, proxy, Tor connection, iCloud Private Relay, and similar privacy-relay or location-masking service before checkout and whenever purchasing, logging in to, or using the Service. Checkout or access may be blocked while one is active. You may not use one to hide your location, evade an eligibility rule, or bypass a security control. At checkout, you must acknowledge this requirement.
If Chronos-9 has banned you or revoked your access for fraud, abuse, payment misuse, unlawful conduct, or another material violation, you may not purchase or use the Service again unless we expressly reinstate you in writing. You may not evade a ban through another email address, payment method, identity, device, network, or person.
6. Purchases and access periods
- Paid access is a one-time, non-renewing purchase for the access period shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase, a timed access period begins on the first successful login using the delivered code.
- The lifetime tier is available as a direct, one-time checkout purchase for a base price of $1,749.99, plus any tax required by law, from a final pool of 18 additional purchase slots while supplies remain. The lifetime tier includes ETH, BTC Hourly, and Gold Autotraders at no additional cost when released. They will be separately delivered standalone software, are not hosted trading by the Service, and may require separate installation, credentials, eligibility, and software terms. “Lifetime” means access for the operational life of the applicable Service—not the purchaser’s natural lifetime—and does not promise that the Service or any feature will exist forever.
- The 1-year offer includes a free Silver Autotrader at no additional cost when released. It will be separately delivered standalone software, is not hosted trading by the Service, and may require separate installation, credentials, eligibility, and software terms.
- You authorize the stated charge and agree to provide accurate, current checkout and contact information. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed on your purchase where applicable.
- All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The complete policy is available at Refund Policy.
We may first authorize a payment method while completing fraud, identity, and ban checks. If we refuse a purchase, we may cancel the authorization instead of capturing the payment. Your payment provider may still display a temporary pending authorization or hold until that provider releases it. A refused purchaser receives no access.
If a purchased code is not delivered or does not work, promptly email [email protected] so we can investigate and, when appropriate, restore or replace access.
7. Access-code security
Your access code is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. Unless we expressly state otherwise, only one active session is permitted per code. You must keep the code confidential, provide accurate account identifiers, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share, publish, lend, rent, sublicense, sell, transfer, or commercially exploit a code or permit another person to use it.
8. Ownership and limited license
The Service—including its software, models, selection and arrangement of information, interfaces, branding, graphics, text, and original outputs—is owned by or licensed to Chronos-9 and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Subject to these Terms, Chronos-9 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Service during your valid access period for your own lawful, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not, directly or through another person or system:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create a competing product from the Service or a substantial portion of its content or outputs;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, record, mirror, frame, bulk-download, or use bots or automated tools to extract Service data except with our prior written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, discover, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, non-public methods, or security controls except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it;
- bypass access limits, watermarks, rate limits, authentication, bans, device checks, or other technical restrictions;
- interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Service unlawfully; or
- remove ownership notices, misrepresent Service output as your own, or imply Chronos-9 endorses your trading, product, or statements.
10. Third-party platforms, data, and names
The Service may rely on, link to, describe, or display information from third parties, including Kalshi, Stripe, exchanges, market-data sources, blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, and other websites or services. Third-party content may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, unavailable, differently defined, or subject to separate terms. Chronos-9 does not control and is not responsible for third-party systems, decisions, prices, settlements, rules, outages, security, or content.
Chronos-9 and the Service are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi, Stripe, any exchange, or any data or infrastructure provider. Integration, payment processing, factual reference, or display of a third-party name or mark does not imply endorsement or partnership. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, data source, asset, market, feature, or display. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the Service, comply with law, respond to security or payment issues, or address suspected violations of these Terms. Revocation for a violation does not create a refund right except where required by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, risk allocation, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity—will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chronos-9 is not responsible for delay, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disorder, government or regulatory action, cyberattack, labor disruption, utility or internet failure, blockchain disruption, or third-party platform, exchange, data-provider, payment-provider, or hosting failure.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind. Chronos-9 disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, availability, and results. Data feeds, calculations, reference prices, settlements, probabilities, and outputs may be stale, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or misunderstood. No statement or support response creates a warranty not expressly written in these Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chronos-9 LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for trading, betting, investment, opportunity, data, business, revenue, profit, goodwill, or reputational losses, or for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to the Service, a third-party platform, an outage, an error, or your reliance on any output, even if advised that such harm was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Chronos-9 LLC for the access purchase giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chronos-9 LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or trading or other activity you independently undertake. This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
15. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service handles personal information. You consent to receive purchase, access, security, policy, and service communications electronically at the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that address current. Transactional communications are part of the purchased Service and are not marketing subscriptions.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, risk, operations, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. We may require renewed acceptance and will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service.
17. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
18. General terms
These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and Chronos-9 concerning the Service and replace prior discussions or statements about that subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
